In corporate environments, the assigning of email addresses is specific to each company. Some companies may use <first>.<middle>.<last>@<company>.<domain>, <first_init><last>@<company>.<domain>, or just about any other combination. It is completely up to the company.

For private email addresses, users are generally able to create their own email address(s).

So the only way to find the email for a specific person is to:
1) Ask them
2) Search the web for sites where they may have listed their contact information in a format you can search
References :
There's no simple way of finding this out.

There are sites where people can look up a new address from an old address, as long as the old and new addresses have been registered.
