If it does, you can perform a search using said field as a criterion. However, most MLS's do not give the identity of the buyer. You should have a section that shows the sales price and terms (look for cash). I've seen a couple that allows you to search for the terms of the sale. On the MLS I use, the terms is at the bottom of the full report.
