With Word 07 I was building a list of zip codes & sorted them. How did I do that?
Somehow I succeeded, but I don't know what I did. Help, I need to do another list. Thanks
Highlight the list, then there's an AZ button with a down arrow (mine is next to the bullet buttons in the center, under the HOME tab). Click it and then click ok.
