How can I delete email addresses from mail forwarded to me?

Filed under: addresses email — admin @ 10:01 pm

Someone sent me a mail with my email address together with a bunch of other people’s addresses. How can I delete the addresses from the sender’s forwarded mail? I know I can delete addresses when I forward mail to others but just cannot find a way to delete them from sender’s "cc" column.

You can’t really either reply this bozo to stop sending such pieces of crap or just mark his/her mail address as Spam and keep on living

How do I avoid showing email addresses or names of my recipients?

Filed under: addresses email — admin @ 10:39 am

I’m using yahoo for emailing and I want to know how I can avoid showing recipient’s names and their email addresses whenever I forward or send messages. I receive messages with undisclosed recipients and I wonder if yahoo provides an option for me to undisclose my recipients as well. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Place all the addresses in the BCC field. Open it by clicking on the BCC link to the right. Try leaving the TO field blank. If it requires a TO address then enter the following with your address.
Undisclosed Recipients<your address>

₪ ʎəɿʞɹɐq ₪

How do I hide the outgoing contact email addresses in an email?

Filed under: addresses email — admin @ 2:57 pm

I don’t want others to be able to view my family and friends personal email addresses or business addresses. How do I hide their info. on outgoing group emails?

In Yahoo, use the Bcc field for all those you wish to hide, but you will need to enter at least one name in the TO field, (maybe your own).
After you click on Compose or Forward to open the Compose page, click on TO and your address book will open on top of the page you are in.
Check the boxes (TO, BC or BCC) next to those you wish to Forward to, go to the top of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts." The address book will close and the names you selected will be in the fields you selected. Click Send.
