Do you need to list both an apartment building number and apartment number on a change of address?
I am moving into a new apartment and they have both the apartment number and the building number. Do I need to list both or just the apartment number when changing my address?
Both. Anything less could delay your mail delivery.

I live in a listed building with no cable or freeview access? any other ways of getting tv?
No sky dish allowed!
By listed, do you mean a historic building with restrictions on modifications?
You could try and see if the cable company trench the lines to your building. There shouldn’t be objections to that since they won’t be visible.

who pays real estate agent when building a house in New Hampshire?
We are looking into building a house. The to-be-built house was listed on the real estate listing web site by an agency they hired. We found the house through our agent. If we do build this house, who would be responsible for paying the real estate agent fees. Would we pay our agent and they would pay theirs? Are we responsible for both or are they?
No, you don’t pay anything. There is a set commission and that is split by all involved agents. It is the same amount, no matter how many agents. You should not pay any agents anything, that is 100% the sellers bill and it is paid to them at closing. If there is no closing there is no pay, and your agent is fully aware of this.

If i have a listed building and have to dismantle a chimney because it is dangerous do i have to rebuild it?
Short answer: probably not.
Longer answer: it depends upon whether any local building codes require the structure to retain the same exterior appearance (like Historical District codes).
You may need a building demolition permit to remove the chimney; check with your local building codes department. They should also be able to tell you what, if any, restrictions there are on permanently removing the chimney.
