How do I set up my bulk mail so that my most recent email is listed first?
My bulk mail is set up so that the oldest emails are listed first. When I click last I get mail from March and not July. I want to see my most recent emails first.
Open options on the mail page and enter preferences. Choose to show messages in descending order.

Unfortunately, your adress may have been sold by someone you did business with on the internet (always check privacy policies before you give out personal information). Or a more likely, your email adress was in an email that ended up in a computer that had been infected with a program that harvested email adresses, and sent them back to the spammer. I know that’s what generated most of my spam. This is why anti-virus programs, firewalls and programs like Spybot-Search & Destroy are so important, to keep your computer clean.

when sending bulk emails, how can i keep the recipients addresses private from each other?
I need to send out a large bulk email to my mailing list. is there any way of stopping the recipients from seeing each others e-mail addresses?
You could put your own email address in the "To" field and then put everyone elses in the "Bcc" field. This way the only email address anyone will see is yours. If you put any addresses in the "cc" field, people will still see them. CC stands for Carbon Copy and BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy.
