How to get database of all the email addresses in my gmail account?
I have a long list of email addresses in my gmail Inbox. I need database of all those email addresses. Is there any way out?
What Amit has said is very helpful in getting email addresses of those whom I have written to. But I also require the email addresses of those not in the contacts but have emailed me at some point.
Click on ‘Contacts’ link on the left side of Gmail.
It will lead you to contacts page.
Then click on ‘Export’ link on the top of Contacts panel.
Chose the email group you want to export and chose the format. Gmail provide you the option to save a csv file for gmail, outlook and mac.
So all your contacts will get downloaded in a csv format,
I hope this solves the purpose.

were can i find some free emails from a database so i can start promoting my website .?
is any one can help me out here , ilke to find some email address to start promoting my website and to be honnest i dont know were to get this ,i wont to build a list of emails so i can put them in my database and start the promotion,thank you all.
Be VERY careful before you try doing this, most lists of addresses being sold are SPAM LISTS, and the peopl e receiving them will folter you stright to junk and ignore the site.
Also getting yourself know on the spam systems will result on the domain being blacklisted, and result in even less business.
You’d be better finding some web-advertising co’s, like google ads to display your weblink next to relevant links.
Also if you use e-mail addresses that have NOT signed up to be on a mailing list you also runthe rsk of presocution under the canspam regulations, and believe me, they are chesing down spammers now.
be sensible, just pay for advertising with something like google ads

How do I create a emailer from a database of emails?
I have a Mysql database about 1,200 but don’t know how to export, alphabetize the list for a emailer. I also want the option to let people off list who don’t wanna receive the email.
Before you start this you need to get authority from everyone you are trying to mail, otherwise you are breaking the law. You will almost certainly be blocked by your mail provider for spam if you send them. You would need a php web front end, then you need a subscription control table to set who you send to or not. The php scripts can run the queries for sorting and displaying them.

hi. instead buying a email database. you can collect interested buyers or group emails addresses from Communities website. You only need what field your company is, join various communities, and you can thus participate and attract those as potential client for your business. communities you can join at http://www.moneybulls.com with BT Tradespace, other communities you can find with these Google group, bank of american small business etc, orkut etc.
