What is the procedure of Email Marketing in companies like Yahoo, or rediff?

I do not recommend using yahoo or rediff to email market. You really need to look into getting a professional autoresponder such as Aweber so that you are in compliance with SPAM laws. Using a normal email account at yahoo or aol does not encompass the tools you are going to need to do this properly. Good Luck to You!

What are good traits in an email marketing person?
Thinking about hiring an email marketing person. What should I look for in a candidate?
Test their spelling abilities with a simple quiz.They should be good at spelling so they dont make you look bad and it will reflect you since you hired them.Im sure your time is valuable to you so they should be able to type at a reasoable rate.40-60 WPM is good.They should also know how to talk professionally,even if it is email.

I use vertuso.com They are a very good company. Very responsive when I had questions. You can also try them for free if your list size is under 500.

email marketing?
i’ve send around 1500 emails for potential clients and i have got 1 answer. Is that a problem? because mailing is a dirty job, a great deal goes straight to the garbage BUT 1500 to 1!!! is that an absurd number?
should i stop and think a reaproach or 1500 is not as much as it seems?
it is not spam, the list is fairly acurrate
What type of reliable list? Did you purchase the list? If so, that’s probably your problem. The list is most likely not targeted for your product or service.
If this is a list you’ve built yourself, my first question would be how did you build it. 2. How many times have you emailed this list? Have you bombarded them with "buy this" emails?
To get a responsive list you have to develop a good enough relationship with your readers to inspire the trust required to get a better response.
Or the problem could be with the ad itself. If the list is available for additional mailings, and this is the first ad you’ve sent them, you could try rewriting the ad.
