		<description>There is no easy way unless you put them in your contact list. You then press Ctrl and select each one, right click and select &#34;send email&#34;. You can also create a list in contacts of just those addresses and just enter the list name.

The other way is to put all the names and email addresses in a spreadsheet and save as a CSV file. That file can then be imported into the contact list. You will probably have to do an export of the existing contacts first to get the file format. I have never done this so don't ask anything further.
