How do I stream my captured video files to another computer on the internet?

I live in the USA. My brother is away in another country. I want to stream some rather large video files to him.

I need a list of software, step-by-step instructions, related links, and an email address or phone number to contact someone for help.

    It is a free service. Uploading will take a while of course.
