My email page will not display.I moved from USA to Germany. Java updated, cache cleared. What now? D/n Work?
I’ve tried mousing over my mail link once signed in. It shows a list of a few emails, but when I click any of the emails, or select the mail link, it takes me to a blank screen with Done in the bottom left corner. I tried a public computer that it worked on previously, and it has the same problem now…HELP! This is my primary email account!?!
Yahoo Help is swamped with complaints about the "Blank Screen". THousands of users are reporting this problem. You can not fix it. It is not your computer.
We are all waiting.
Next time , enter Mail thru the link at the top left of any Yahoo Answers page instead of the main Yahoo page.
Click on FORUM at the left side of the Y!A Home Page. Read
"Problems going on with Mail".

well you can try different things here. depending on what yahoo server you are using doesn’t matter. if you are using the yahoo uk and ireland server or using the us server it doesn’tt matter, yahoo email accounts are shared across all yahoo servers. my main account is in the US but i have logged in at the yahoo uk server,that’s yahoo.co.uk, and it works just fine so try logging in another countries server or the US one.

What email account are you using? Gmail or Yahoo mail? You need to contact the website administrators in order for them to fix the issue. If no solution is found, then you have no other choice than to create a new email account. Hope this helps.
