Software or Plug-in to build a fancy looking (but fake) directory listing?

I am looking for software or a plug-in for Windows that will allow me to display a hypothetical directory listing nicely. I need to do a presentation on how people could manage their files better, and I want to make a display of a neat directory / subdirectory system. Hard to explain what I'm after exactly, but something that I can build a hypothetical directory and subdirectory file system in for purely display purposes only?

I don't know of a way you could do this without programming (with programming I would recommend Delphi, as it has such components).

The only workaround I can think of is for if you wanted it to be for dispay purposes only for portability reasons. (e.g. to use on a client visit) In that instance I'd recommend a CD with the example directory structures as subdirectories.

Other than that; screengrabbing a real directory structure, editing it in an image manipulaton program, and saving the examples as pictures is all I can think of.
