since you sound like you have such a lack of knowledge on what is actually needed, your best option is to guy a pre built system.

basic system you will need

Motherboard
CPU
RAM
Hard drive
Graphics card (if the board downst come with intergrated graphics)
Sound card (if the board doesnt have integrated sound)
PSU (power supply unit)
Case
DVD drive

Software
Operating system, like windows or linux.

Basically all you need to assemble a computer is a screwdriver.

A. Not sure what you mean by "burn in"
B. Sounds like a DVD drive.
C Rubber floor mats? Not sure what you intend to do with these.
